The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) outline the rights and obligations of the Service Provider operating the website (hereinafter: Service Provider) and the Client (hereinafter: Client) utilizing the electronic services provided through the www.ipsilon.group website (Service Provider and Client hereinafter collectively: Parties).
By using the website accessible at www.ipsilon.group, you acknowledge and accept these General Terms and Conditions, even if you do not utilize any services available on the website.
The GTC apply to all legal transactions and services conducted through the www.ipsilon.group website, regardless of whether fulfillment occurs from Hungary or abroad, by the Service Provider or its collaborator.
The Service Provider reserves all rights concerning the entire content of the www.ipsilon.group website and all its parts. The website is protected under copyright law as per Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright, including the www.ipsilon.group domain name. Any content reproduction or use is only permissible with the prior written consent of the Service Provider. Unauthorized use contrary to this will result in legal consequences.
Matters not regulated by these GTC shall be governed by the applicable Hungarian laws, particularly Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. In case of any legal deficiency or invalidity, the remaining parts of the contract shall remain in effect.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. These GTC apply to all electronic services provided within the territory of Hungary through the www.ipsilon.group website (hereinafter: Website), established between the Parties defined in this agreement.
The services provided through the Website are governed by Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services (“Elkertv.”).
1.2. The contract language is Hungarian.
1.3. The Service Provider does not adhere to any provisions of a code of conduct.

2. LIABILITY
2.1. The information on the Website is posted in good faith for testing purposes; however, it serves informational purposes only, and the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information.
2.2. The Client uses the Website at their own risk and acknowledges that the Service Provider is not liable for any material or non-material damages arising during use, beyond liability for damages caused intentionally, through gross negligence, or criminal acts, and for breaches affecting life, physical integrity, or health.
2.3. The Service Provider excludes all liability for the conduct of users of the Website.
The Client is fully and exclusively responsible for their own conduct; in such cases, the Service Provider fully cooperates with the competent authorities to investigate any violations.
2.4. The service pages may contain links that lead to other service providers’ sites. The Service Provider is not responsible for the data protection practices or other activities of these providers.
2.5. The Service Provider is entitled but not obligated to monitor content potentially made available by Clients during Website use and is entitled but not obligated to look for signs of illegal activity in the published content.
2.6. Due to the global nature of the Internet, the Client agrees to act in accordance with applicable national laws when using the Website.
2.7. If the Client notices any objectionable content on the Website, they must immediately report it to the Service Provider. If the Service Provider, acting in good faith, finds the report justified, it is entitled to promptly delete or modify the information.
3. COPYRIGHTS
3.1. The Website is protected by copyright.
The Service Provider is the copyright holder or authorized user of all content displayed on the Website and during the provision of services accessible through the Website: any copyrighted work or other intellectual creation (including, but not limited to, all graphics and other materials, the layout and editing of the Website interface, the software and other solutions used, ideas, implementations).
3.2. Saving or printing the content of the Website or parts thereof onto physical or other data carriers for private use or with the prior written consent of the Service Provider is permitted.
Use beyond private use – such as storage in a database, transmission, making available for download, or commercial distribution – is only possible with the prior written permission of the Service Provider.
3.3. Beyond the rights explicitly defined in these GTC, the use of the Website or any provision of the GTC does not grant the Client any rights to use any commercial name or trademark appearing on the Website.
Apart from the display associated with the intended use of the Website, the necessary temporary duplication, and private copying, these intellectual creations may not be used or utilized in any other form without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
4. COMPLAINT HANDLING OPTIONS
4.1. Complaint Handling
The Client may submit consumer complaints related to the Service Provider’s activities through the following contact points:

According to applicable laws, the Service Provider shall immediately investigate and remedy oral complaints, if the nature of the complaint allows.
If the Client disagrees with the handling of the complaint or if immediate investigation is not possible, the Service Provider shall promptly record the complaint and its position regarding it in a report, and in the case of an oral complaint made in person, provide a copy to the Client on-site; in the case of an oral complaint made by phone, send it to the Client at the same time as the substantive response to the written complaint, and proceed according to the provisions for written complaints.
The Service Provider must examine and respond substantively to the written complaint within thirty days of receipt and ensure that the response reaches the Client. If the Service Provider rejects the complaint, it must justify its position in the substantive response regarding the rejection.
The Service Provider is obliged to retain the complaint report and a copy of the response for five years.
The Service Provider accepts objections submitted by the Client through the direct contact points provided in section 4.1.
4.2. Other Legal Remedies
If a consumer dispute between the Service Provider and the Client is not resolved through negotiations, the Client has the following legal remedies:
Court proceedings. The Client is entitled to enforce their claim arising from the consumer dispute before a court in civil proceedings under Act IV of 1959
