OTP Bank partnered with us to develop a next-generation digital healthcare product, transforming how users access medical services. Through strategic venture building, we created a scalable platform that integrates diagnostics, appointment booking, and seamless patient-doctor interactions.

We identified a critical gap in digital healthcare accessibility and designed a solution that simplifies medical consultation journeys. The goal was to build a secure, efficient, and user-friendly platform that connects patients with trusted medical professionals, streamlining the entire healthcare experience from diagnosis to treatment.

The project delivered a fully functional, scalable digital healthcare platform, achieving:

  • 66K registered users within the first two years.
  • 12K+ medical appointments booked through the system in two years.
  • 6.7% visitor-to-registration conversion rate, exceeding the 6.0% target.
  • Achieved a high NPS score of 7.7, matching top “love brands”.
  • 96% of users found the booking process simple and easy to use.
  • 27% of bookings came from returning customers, indicating strong user retention.
