Description
Vigora is a digital health and lifestyle concept designed for Ringier to support preventive care, healthier living, and long-term behavior change. The concept is built around health content and allows users to follow personalized journeys while connecting to the company’s broader media ecosystem.
Project Brief
Ringier aimed to explore a growing market opportunity: adults express an intention to improve their health, yet only a small percentage take consistent action. Recognizing this gap, we partnered with Ringier to define the concept for Vigora, a platform that turns intention into action through personalized coaching, health tracking, and motivating content.
Strategy
Throughtout the project our role was to develop a product strategy and build a concept that’s credible, future-proof and support the complete lifestyle & patient journey.
We focused on creating a concept that could scale across Ringier’s ecosystem, attract a health-conscious audience, and support both user and partner needs.
Key Steps in the Strategy:
Mapped healthcare market trends, industry potential and analyzed market positioning and competitor offerings.
Defined a five-pillar platform structure with blocks like loyalty, marketplace, knowledge base, and community.
Developed the user persona “Anna” to align platform features to daily health decisions and needs.
- Delivered UI concept mockups and feature logic for key components.
Project Result
We delivered a validated product concept tailored to Ringier’s ecosystem and audience that was designed to support users across the full lifestyle and healthcare journey.
The concept also introduced a strategic shift from content provider toward becoming a health solution enabler, positioning Ringier to expand into digital healthcare & lifestyle services and to unlock future opportunities for platform development, monetization, and market entry.
